htaccess file for IIS6

    I am using a Windows Home Server as my server for WordPress. Several plugin require that the .htaccess file be modified but I can not fine one. The plugin I am working on is Download Monitor. What can I do to get it to work?

    .htaccess is a file extension that is used by the Apache web server. I don’t believe it applies to IIS servers.
