• I am installing a special plugin that requires editing .htaccess for the backend sites, but where can I find the file?

Is there a separate .htaccess for each backend site at all?

Thanks in advance for your advices!

  • there’s only one for everyone, same as the regualr wordpress files. The .htaccess file is in the same folder as your wp-config.php file, and it is hidden by default, so “show hidden files” in whatever you’re using to look there.

What’s the plugin? There may be a workaround.

Thanks very much Andrea and tdjcbe!

I added the code(domain specific) to the main .htaccess and the plugin is working fine now. I guess I have to do the same for all other backend sites.

tdjcbe, it is WPRobot plugin for cloaking.
