.htaccess is not correct #BUG2

    Hi, the htaccess generated requires a number of changes and it should be recommended only with some set of configurations of lite cache (usually I don’t use the htaccess since while many thinks it to be more efficient, apache and the rewrite engine are not more efficient of PHP when the rules are complex).

    More, if you use an alternative folder which is NOT inside the document root, it won’t usually work.

    Stefano, it is just bug report. I like you plugin very much and know how to make correct .htaccess and cache dir outside of document root that will work.

    Also I believe that mod_rewrite will serve files faster then php especially on slow servers with low memory.

    If you don’t want to develop .htaccess in your plugin, may be it is better to remove it from settings and make recommendations in plugin FAQ.

    Hi, sorry I wrote with the wrong “tone”. The support for htaccess will be updated, I just need to find the time to add all your fixes and the right instructions for who want to use it.

    I have tested your plugin with high server requests per second from difrent IPs and it was great results with .htaccess with server load close to zero.

    If you want to see, try, for example, https://loadimpact.com/ with .htaccess and php and see difference.
