    First, thanks for this plugin, we’ve been using it for the past year and it’s worked flawlessly.

    We’ve recently switched to using Themosis, which drastically changes the folder structure. The web root is in /htdocs and the WordPress install is in /htdocs/cms/. The issue is that when you try to enable caching, it can’t find the .htaccess file as it’s looking in /htdocs/cms rather than /htdocs/.

    The issue is with the is_subdirectory_install method, it’s making the assumption that the folder where WordPress is installed is the same as the web root, which in this case it isn’t.
