htaccess – Page Speed / compression

Hello,
Im kinda baffled with my page: https://www.handelsbuero-berlin.de and its .htaccess file.

I checked my page with the google page speed tool:
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=www.handelsbuero-berlin.de”

it says that my compression is not activated, but it is!

any ideas why its not being compressed?
