htaccess permission denied and error 500

  • Hi,
    I have two questions.

    1- What minimum permission needed for this plugin and be safe on security side.
    2- Waht if i encounter error 500 how to recover from it. Does deleting plugin will solve the issue?

    i have added some cache rules on my website https://t20slam.com and some time it gets 500 server error. This started happening after plugin install. I am not sure if this is a plugin error and something else.
