Hi, I am testing out your plugin. I have a daily email sent from my site which is sent in HTML format.

After enabling the plugin I received the same email but now the format is not HTML, it is in plain text format. I can see from the mail content that there are some HTML tags but missing header info?

I triggered another email from woocommerce and that was sent as HTML correctly as expected. Som in some cases it appears that HTML is sent and in others not. If I revert to another SMTP plugin then the HTML is sent correctly in all cases.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Thanks
    Tim

  • Hi Tim, try ver. 1.6.0. I’ve changed several things to do with how I tap into the default SMTP mail event, in addition to how I handle email headers. I think this could be down to the fact that previously, the way I was tapping into the SMTP event was in some cases resetting the email header content, resulting in the default text content type being set to text.

    Hi Edward,

We have the same problem here! We are using version 1.6.0 and wp version 5.7.1 when the plugin is disabled everything works fine. What is the reason for this and how can we solve it.

    Thanks,
    Amir
