HTML and CSS not minified

    I can’t see any change of the page source from the browser, with or without activated “Minify HTML” and “Minify CSS” options.

    It seems that what ever I do, nothing is minified, although I thought that it was in the past (but maybe I’m wrong).

    I’m not logged in, I’m aware that then no minification is shown.

    Thanks a lot for any suggestion what could be wrong.

    Page was cached successfully. you need to check it via incognito mode because if you are logged-in as an admin, you cannot see the cached version.

    Hi, thanks for your answer. Well, actually I’m not logged in at all with the testing browsers, but indeed, with the incognito mode the page “only” has 3588 lines instead 4053 lines (and the “success” text is shown at the end).

    But still I’m wondering why all the css and html within this page is not minified. Or did I misunderstand the functionality and only separate css files are minified? But what about the html and the css within the page?

    The css sources were minified and combined.

    yes, I know; that’s what I meant with “separate css files”. But again the initial question:

    Why all the css and html within this page is not minified? Or did I misunderstand the functionality and only separate css files are minified? But what about the html and the css within the page?

    All the css sources were minified. Which css was not minified? can you show me please?

    They were minified. no need to minify more.

    now you are kidding me, right? Where is here a minification?

    There’s no difference in this html and CSS between the “WP fastest cache” version and the original version.

    Oh, so all it is doing is moving all the tags to the left? Sad… I was hoping for a way to minimize the page source more ??
