HTML and Short Codes are being shown in the cookie bar

We are getting a page not found error from the URLs shared.

Our sync to the other web servers didn’t copy correctly, the files should be there now.

From the shared screens, everything looks ok. Can you share the screenshot of the read more link button settings so that we can check that as well?

That too looks ok. Finally, to render the shortcodes, you must have the corresponding module in the plugin present in your site. Please check if the below file exist in your site or not.

wp-content/plugins/cookie-law-info/public/modules/shortcode/shortcode.php

That would be the problem. I don’t have that file. Where do I get that from? I got the plugin from WordPress.

Please try deleting the plugin and install it again from WordPress.

It looks like the file showed up in the last update. I’m guessing it wasn’t included in the build I happened to grab. Everything looks correct now.

The file was present in all releases. It could be some file permission issues on your end that caused the issue.
