HTML being stripped out of PDF

No matter what custom content I put in the PDF template file in my child theme, whether it’s ACF fields or straight HTML with custom classes, none of it shows up. All I get is a column of divs with no custom classes, and plugin-generated inline styling. I’m unable to utilize Custom CSS because there are no classes to target the divs.
