HTML Broken In Sent Forms & CC Field Not Working

    We have been using this form for a few years and we love it. All of the sites we have used it on have been in the exact same hosting environment on GoDaddy, and all similar types of site with similar plugins. Up until the past few months, this form worked perfect. The past 3 sites we have installed it on now present 2 new issues we never experienced before but now all happen from the get go. The first is that the HTML is now broken in any sent forms. This is what appears:

    1. We have disabled other plugins and cannot locate a conflict

    2. We have set up SMTP and tested with SMTP

    3. We are using an email address with an @domain in the “From” field.

    None of these steps solve the issue. Again, we never ran into this issue prior to April of this year, however now it is present every time we try to use the plugin since April.

    The second issue is that the CC field is not working. The form will still send, but it will not cc. If we manually add all email addresses separated by semi-colon in the main field, then it will cc all emails, but not if put in the actual cc field.

    We love this plugin and would appreciate any help solving these issues.

  • Hi, have you spoken to your host? Perhaps it is something new they have implemented in their servers!

    Hello!

    Yes, we have worked extensively with our host to try to locate something and we cannot find an issue on their end. SMTP is working, forms are sending, the CC works if done manually, just not by using the form field, and they say html is not being filtered out – which we believe as other contact form plugins are sending html formatting through.

    We’ve called them multiple times and had multiple reps look into all possible issues and no issue can be located. ??
