HTML code and comments showing with text

  • Guys, what’s happening? I set up the basic theme more than once (first one broke after install the recommended plugins), all the text we create on the posts as pages appears normally on backend but after publish they show HTML and comments to the visitors like this example:

    I can’t solve this, can you help me?

    Well the error exists and is on the home page.
    The block “sobre nós” just after the top stick menu is showing the text:

    Exactly as you see, the multiple tags are showed in the text above.
