HTML Code looks right in Visual tab but not same when posted

Whenever I have an image, aligned anyway, where I want text to be on the right or left sides I can get it to look right in the Visual tab but it doesn’t look write when updated. You can see on this page the problem occurs when there is a
in the <p> AND the image is close by? I can either put in the
or use a <shift><enter> – either way the br tag doesn’t show once the visual tab is clicked.
I have this line break right after the words “Napoleon Hill”
