Hi, I’ve used WordPress for a long time as a content person (not technical) and I’ve never had any trouble adding in line forms to websites. Normally I just paste the code into the HTML editor. Well I’m trying to add forms to my page and the HTML isn’t working. Nothing is showing up when I go back to visual editor, or when I preview the page. Please help I have no idea how to fix this. Here’s the code:

Are you sure this is the right page?
I get 404 error when I try to access it.

Also I see your website doesn’t have the installation code. So it won’t work without it.

I’m guessing you are using PopTin to create the form, have you also installed and activated the WordPress plugin as per instructions here:

I haven’t, thank you I’ll try that. I had the same problem with Sumo though using this code:

Ok, I think I figured it out, I added code tags before and after, and it’s not showing on the visual editor but it is showing on the preview page. Thank you!
