HTML content doesn’t show mail tag

Hi,
I check “Use HTML content” in the but it doesn’t work with the mail tag [menu-26] in the message body. I would like to add my logo and change the font osv. It works perfectly with this form https://www.allsenses.nu/balans-och-aterhamtning-i-vardagen/
