HTML directory without WordPress coding

  • Hello,

    I had an old HTML website with various folders.

    I created a site in a Multisite.

    I set an alias domain (domain.com) to a site to that multisite site (multisite.com/domain).

    I uploaded the HTML directories to the domain (domain.com/directories).

    When I try to access those files such as domain.com/directories/index.html
    I’m shown a 404 Page with the WordPress system

    I’m assuming this would be an htaccess issue, but I’m not sure.

    Can someone help me please?
