HTML Editor for Photo Descriptions

I’d like to be able to add Links to the photo descriptions in my gallery – so that once someone opens the photo in the lightbox, they could then click on the links to navigate to various info about the photo (like tours and resources). I’ve found that this is possible using <a href=””> coding, but I’d also like to be able to bold text and underline, etc. It would be amazing if I could use a html editor for the photo descriptions just like you can enable for the gallery description. Is this possible and I’m missing it? Other suggestions?
