  • Hello dear crapette357
I guess you use another plugin instead of Cost Calculator Builder, so I can’t help you.

    Hi @crapette357,

We have detected some conflicts with the HTML element in the plugin. The issue will be fixed in the next updates of the theme.

    Thanks for your answer @supportstylemix

Despite a recent update, there’s still some conflicts with the HTML element. Do you know when the issue will be fix? I really need to add picture in my cost calculator form and I only can do it thanks to a HTML tag.

    Best regards.

I have the same issue. Whenever I add HTML code in the HTML field it wipes out all the fields that I have added to the form…

    Hi,

    Thanks for your suggestions!
I think it needs to address the issue within our development team. So, let us inform plugin developers so that they take it into consideration and try to resolve it. Because it is a known issue currently.
We are working on the plugin improvements.

    Sincerely
