HTML emails problem

Hi, first thank you for this great plugin.

I just started to use it and found a problem with html emails. I use also wp-better-emails for beautify outgoing emails. Without mailgun plugin the html emails are ok, with mailgun plugin sending via smtp html email are ok also, but using the api method html emails are “stripped” and lost all html code.

I see in source emails that emails sent with api method are base64 encoded but email sent with smtp aren’t base64 encodes (body content).
