HTML field

Hi,

Is there a way to add an html field in the review form ?

I’ve installed Complianz plugin to block the reCaptcha before consent but the placeholder of Complianz is missing. The only way to add it is to add an html field (Blocking reCaptcha & Editing the Placeholder – The Privacy Suite for WordPress (complianz.io))
