I’m using html fields in a form where I leave the field Label empty and have entered some text in the content box for a ‘between fields’ users instruction.

In the email submission these are shown with ‘Html’ as the default label, and the text is shown.

I see under Submissions for the form, the option to display specified fields. From here I don’t think there’s the option to check to ‘off’ the html field type so they don’t send in the email. Should I just accept for now that any html field content will automatically be formatted in the email.

Ideally for some html fields I’d like to prevent the entire field from being presented in the email (as explained above), while for some other html fields I want the content box text to be shown but not the label ‘html’ when I leave the label empty.

I guess this relates to neatness/refinement as my users will receive the email confirmation as well, but is probably not a huge deal.

    thanks,

  • Hello @ratamatcat

    Hope you’re doing well!

It is possible to modify what content is being sent in an email. Please edit a form and from the Email Notification tab, in a body, instead of {all_fields} macro, please try adding the fields that you wish to see in an email, one by one.

    Please see attached screenshot:

Out of the box, it is not possible to hide labels from certain fields. It can be done with custom coding though, I’ve asked our developers to have a look and provide some feedback.

Have a good day and take care!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
