Sorry, small correction of my 1st sentence – formatting like bold fonts works but paragraphs don′t divide – all text is as one compact text.

    Hi @alinobb,

    1. I tested on my end and italic, bold, br seem to work fine on my end.
Can you please let me know what html did you add? A screenshot with the content of a testimonial would help.

    2. This indeed seems to be a bug and I went ahead and opened a ticket regarding this so our dev team can investigate and fix in a future update.
You can follow the ticket here: https://github.com/WPChill/strong-testimonials/issues/336

    3. I went to your page but I can see the bullets and navigation arrows, is the issue still happening?

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

Thank you for the quick answer.

    1. Formating and links work OK, but spaces between paragraphs did not.
    error 1

    2. Thank you

    3. Now I find out a Firefox shows navigation OK. But the other 4 explorers did not.
    error 3

    Thank you

Thank you for the screenshots! They helped!
    1. Can you please try adding the <br> tag to leave an empty space between them?
    3. I was indeed able to replicate this on Chrome.
Can you please go to Testimonials > Settings > compatibility > Ajax Page loading > and select ‘General’ > save?

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

    1.
Yes, I tried <br> tag, but it doesn′t help. The tag is getting lost after saving. And after next admin page refresh there is no space.
    Error 1

    3.
What does it mean “to replicate this on Chrome”? Can you see it with navigation bullets and arrows in Chrome?

I have changed the Ajax Page loading to General but no change. It stayed without navigation in Edge, Chrome, Opera. In Firefox it stayed OK.

    Hi @alinobb,

    3. I meant I was able to see the issue you are having on Chrome.
I also was able to see what is causing it. It seems your translations are from another domain and because of that, Chrome will not load those SVGs (because the images are on another domain, the SK one):

Access to image at ‘https: //theSKdomain.sk/wp-content/plugins/strong-testimonials/public/svg/chevron-right-solid.svg’ from origin ‘https: //englishdomain.com’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.

I replaced the domain names in the error above in case you do not want them on the forum.

I went ahead and opened a ticket regarding this, you can follow it here: https://github.com/WPChill/strong-testimonials/issues/338

We are still investigating the issue with the <br> tag and will keep you posted.

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

Thank you for replacing my domains. Can you replace also the other domains from this thread?

Thanks for your work, I am looking forward to the results.

Unfortunately, I cannot edit your replies in order to remove the links – it’s not something that I have access to.

I was able to find the bug with the HTML content and opened a ticket here:
    https://github.com/WPChill/strong-testimonials/issues/339

    Thank you for your patience!

    Warmly,
    Mihaela
