HTML homepage, but what about interior pages?

Hello All,

Novice WP user, so this question may sound basic, but here it goes:

I recently found a nice html design template that i will modify and use as my homepage. The design does not come with a full WP theme for interior pages and options for layouts like many themes do. How do i go about adding interior pages?

Also, can the HTML design be skinned onto WP and can the homepage design be used as the interior theme as well?

If someone has a suggestion for the most appropriate route, it’s very appreciated.
