HTML in caption being stripped now

I have a slider on the top of this page that used to accept an html link (around “more information”), but now it appears to be stripped in the published version. After I save the slide show, I get a “Slideshow save” indicator, but if I refresh the administration or public facing page, the html markup link is removed.
