HTML in dc:creator tag gets stripped?

Hello!
We have links to author archive pages in the dc:creator tags of our blog feeds. Example:
<dc:creator>
Homer Simpson
,
Lisa Simpson
and
Bart Simpson
</dc:creator>It seems that the content inside the tags, and the a tags themselves, are stripped out when FWP scrapes. Is this something we can fix via filter? Where is the code that does this?
