html in emails

    Hello,

    when subscribing (“Double Opt In Mail Content (Confirmation Email)” and “Subscriber Welcome Email Content”), it seems that email is sent in plain text (i do not need to add <br /> between each line) but when i send a newsletter, the footer with unsubscribe message (“Unsubscribe Text in Email”) i do have to put <br /> in order to go to the line ?

    More over, i cannot add a specific <font> to the newsletter (it is removed when i save it). Could you please tell me how to do it or add a header email section (where i can add <font>, as we can already add it but jut in the unsubscribe footer)

    Email will be sent based on email type in Email Subscribers -> Email Settings -> Mail Type

    No, you don’t have to <br> tag.

    i cannot add a specific <font> to the newsletter (it is removed when i save it)

    We’ll have a check with it.

    Hello, if i do not add the <br> tag in the unsubscribe message (“Unsubscribe Text in Email”) there are no break lines. I click on “view the html” in outlook :

    Have a check in other mail client providers (gmail, yahoo) and check their behaviour.

    i’ve tried with hotmail and gmail, problem is the same : i have to add <br> tag in the unsubscribe message (“Unsubscribe Text in Email”)
