HTML in Title Causing Arrows to Go Above or Below Title

Hey Baden thanks for the quick response. Im not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to CSS, i do have some HTML knowledge. Here is a link to a product we are building on our test site:

The plugin is being used at the bottom of the page linked above, any thoughts on how to get the arrows placed beside the title’s would be greatly appreciated.
