HTML Language declaration

  • Hi Guys,

    Need some help & advice regarding the language declaration of my site.

    My site address to the Israeli market (Hebrew speakers), but now my language declaration is en-US.

    I wish to change it to he-IL.

    1) How do I commence this change?

    2) Would it change the interface language of WP to Hebrew? because this is an outcome I don’t like to occur?
    *If this do change the interface language, how can I commence this without the interface language change.
