HTML MAILS

Im using updated version of ultimate-member. My problem is that i have activated HTML mails but nothing appear when emails does come. I still getting only text version of email.

I followed step by step on your site where u explain how to put this template into child theme directory. Also i tried created language folder sk_SK in this folder but nothing happen.
