HTML not parsed when an email it resent using the “Resend” option

Can you please share the diagnostic report of Post SMTP? For diagnostic report Go to the Post SMTP dashboard. You will see the Diagnostic Test under the Troubleshooting Tab. Click here to view the complete guide on How to get the diagnostic report.

@smakazmi15 I don’t know what that would solve. You can simply try resending an HTML email that has been sent from the logs area and see that the sent email is in plain text because Postman doesn’t set the content-type header as html

We tried to reproduce the issue and conducted tests on multiple sockets on our end, but we didn’t encounter any problems like the one you described. To accurately replicate your issue, we need to identify the specific service/socket (Gmail, Brevo, Mailgun, etc) you are using to send emails. In order to do that, we kindly request the diagnostic test report.

This information will help us to resolve the issue faster.
