HTML not working in Emails

  • Hi,

    For the new registered users, I set CleanLogin to send a welcome message. I simply add a line among some sentences.

    Unfortunately, although I tried many things with HTML codes such as <p></p> or </br>, none of them worked.

    Could you please tell me how to insert a line break in the email content ?

  • This has been an ongoing problem. It seems that the option to use html has been removed. And it never worked in the first place. There is no way to add paragraph breaks now. All the text is in one paragraph.
