HTML not working in footer

    I’ve got a couple links in the footer that don’t work. They show up blue like it recognizes they are links, but I can’t click on them.

    Here’s how I have the html in the plugin:
    <p>
    <center>? Alpha Engineering, hgh All Rights Reserved. | Website by Cucumber & Company | Sitemap</center>
    </p>

    Is there a fix for this?
