HTML Player buttons are not displayed

  • Hi! Player works well on my website – it plays audio and sound is heard, but all the buttons – play, mute, settings, download, etc. are not visible. Instead of them are empty blocks. Even on the demonstration page this problem is – https://audioplayerwp.com/demo/deme-1-default/ I checked it in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers, but there are not buttons displayed.

    P.S.: I suppose the plugin version on my website and on the demonstration site are out of date. I own pro version of plugin, but in WordPress plugins list I have never ever seen update option. How to update it manually? Thanks for reading.

    I tested the demo you sent from windows and macOS. it’s working fine.

    In the latest version, we implement an auto-update mechanism.

    Thank you for reply! I checked my website on mobile device and all buttons in player are displayed properly. I also checked it at https://www.browserling.com and in all kinds of web browsers all is right. It seems that the problem appears only on my desktop and laptop computers. Although it’s strange, topic is resolved, because visitors see my website without any problems.
