HTML Style not being Applied

Hello Custom User Email!

I really like how simple the interface of this plugin is.

For some reason there is no style being applied to the outgoing emails.

Is it still compatible with the latest version of WordPress?
It reads “Last Updated 2 years ago”

The HTML I pasted on the TEXT tab is like this:

Would that be the problem? … I also have gravity forms installed.

Hopefully you can help me out, I’m really not a programer.
