HTML tags?

I really enjoy this plugin but seem to have a couple of issues.

I’m using this plugin to display random statements on each page of my website (it is not live yet thats why I didn’t include the address).

However it doesn’t seem to allow for any HTML tags such a changing text color.
And it doesn’t seem to allow for line breaks.

Any thoughts?
