HTML tags appearing in excerpts and titles

    Hi, loving the plugin!

    For some reason though, I keep getting <div> and <p> tags appearing randomly in both the title and excerpts.

    Is this a known bug and is there an easy fix?

    Hi @dfc005,

    This happens with some feeds, unfortunately the free version does not have the necessary features to remove HTML title tags.

    To remove them you could try creating a filter, or using the feature included in the paid version.

    I already have the Full Content and Professional add-ons, is that what is required to easily removed the HTML from the title and excerpts?

    And if not, happy to write some custom code using filters. Does the plugin have filters I can hook into to do this or are you suggesting I do this via the normal WordPress hooks?
