HTML Tags in the caption

    The Thumbnails Caption does not support HTML tags.
    In the Gutemberg preview of the block they are correctly parsed but then in the final page not.
    Even in the lightbox caption the HTML tags are not parsed.

    How to reproduce it:
    Show thumbnail caption: ON
    Source of thumbnail caption: Caption
    Image Caption: <strong>Title</strong><br>Sub title

    Is it possible to fix this?
