HTML tags showing in contact emails

Are you using the same plugin – WP Mail SMTP plugin by Mail Bank?

If so, it’s the issue from this plugin rather than an issue with Jetpack.

I suggest trying to use another SMTP plugin to see if the issue exists https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/tags/smtp/ ?
