Html tags stripped in visual eitor

So I’ve read multiple threads on html tags but none really explains my problem.
I edit html code in text editor wrap it correctly in tags. I hit save.
Everything is fine up till I switch back to visual and back again to text. All my html tags are gone and replaced with non-breaking space html code. If I take a look at the database the tags are there, however if I happen to edit the post again, the html tags are gone forever as they are not present in the editor when I update the content. </p>
<p>Anybody has a solution other than not using visual editor at all?`
