HTML templates for emails disappeared

    Hi,
    The HTML templates for emails disappeared from WC/Settings/emails. That means that, when placing an order, the clients do not the receive the automatic emails confirming the order, then confirming the shipping, etc. I checked on my staging dated 21 July: the HTML templates were still there.
    WP and WC did not have any update from 21 July to today, so I do not understand what happened.
    I am really panicking…
    Would you please help me on that matter?

    Do you remember making any changes to your site such as installing or updating plugins?

    I’d first recommend running a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from your theme or another plugin. The best way to do this is to temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Many thanks for your quick reply. Indeed I found the plugin : it is secupress which removes my emails…
    I’ll have a look in detail.
