    Hi,

really great plugin. I tested it the last weeks. There I found out, if I use the mail template HTML code I use for CF7 mails and copy it into the editor of your plugin, the result wasn’t really satisfing. I guess your mail template editor compiles the same code in completely different way like all the other plugins. And that’s a pity, because your result doesn’t look good.

Do you have any ideas, why is that so?

    Best, Ralf

    Hey Ralf,

I wonder if this FAQ can help:

    https://roundupwp.com/faq/change-html-email-templates/

Pasting your HTML in the editor will likely look weird since the default template from the Registrations plugin will be wrapped around it. Using this FAQ, you can load in your own HTML which should create the effect you’re looking for.

Let me know if you need more help with this!

    Hey Craig,

thank you for your explanation, but the FAQ didn’t really help, because my template is just a lot of HMTL code with the placeholders, which I want to paste into the editor. I don’t want to build any template with PHP files and I just want to deactivate the default wrapper to use my template like in all the other WP Mail editor fields.

    Thanks

    Hey again Ralfnator,

Would it be possible for you to contact us on our website and include examples of the template? That might make it easier for me to wrap my head around what you’re looking for. Here is our support form:

    Thanks!
