HTML Video Disappears on Click

Purchased your video popup extension and it works, but it only takes youtube, daily motion, etc. videos which show ads when I have a hosted video I want to run.

I took your website suggestion and created a pop-up using your HTML popup instead.

I host my own videos, so I created a new html/video pop-up by adding media from my library. When testing the page, video shows, but when you clicked on the video to play, THE VIDEO DISAPEARS but you can still HEAR the audio. You have to close the browser tab to stop the audio from playing.

I then got rid of the embed codes and just used the url (hosted video). Looks fine in VISUAL editor. But after you update and check, now the video does not show at all, instead only shows the “URL” of the video.

I am on Mac and latest Chrome browser. Also checked on Safari.

What next? I have disabled those popus until this is fixed.
