    Hy
I have a problem with displaying HTML5 ad.
I followed your guide on how to add HTML5 ad to my site using method No. 2, and I succeeded on adding ad to my site to the position I want, but the probem is when HTML5 is displayed it breaks the site. But when I reload the site and when another ad (image ad) is displayed on the same position then everything is back to normal. (image banner ad and HTML5 ad are the same dimensions)

This is the screenshoot of the site that is displaying image ad in the right sidebar:

And this is the same site with HTML5 ad instead of previously shown image ad:

As you can see everything below HTML5 ad is gone, and also when I scroll down other news, content and footer can’t even load:

I tried replicating the same issue on the another site on another domain and the same problem occurs. Everything bellow HTML5 ad can’t load for some reason.

I followed your guide for HTML5 folder placement in cpanel, there is a screenshot also:

And here is the screenshot of the html code that I copied from your guide and changed it accordingly to my path in cpanel.

So as you can see I think I did everything right by your manual, and I really can’t figure out why is this glitch happening, so pleasu if you can help me with this.

If you need I can send you in private username and password for my dashboard for you to take a look.

Btw your plugin is absolutely perfect, stay that way.

    Best regards.

    Hi lookazd

    Thanks for reaching out.

I ran a test using your HTML5 ad and the ad code provided. I found that closing the <iframe> may be all that is needed to show the ad correctly.

    <iframe src"https://testing.com.hr/057info/wp-content/uploads/HTML5/Test/Test_20HTML_205.html" height="250px" width="300px"></iframe>

Using this ad code, the sidebar is not breaking anymore.

    Can you confirm the behavior?

I also updated our manual since the code snipped showing there was also missing the closing tag. Please excuse the confusion.

    Best regards,
    Henning
