HTML5 Audio Bug

Hello,

I just figure out that the Plugin have some issues with HTML5 Audio.
I build the <audio></audio> in my footer for the background music..
Now the problem is, if i click a Link in the Site Navigation the music keeps playing BUT it also starts again.. so.. now i have 2 background musics.. and if i click a Link in the Site Navigation again a 3rd music starts to play… and this goes endless.. until i make a page refresh..

what could be the problem?
