    sorry, this isn’t possible at the moment out of the box but am sure that there are lots of wordpress plugins that can help you with this (which supports custom post type).

    whilst this doesn’t come out-the-box yet (we’d be using schema.org instead though), you could already make this work by changing your event formats and adding the relevant html.
