• Hi – been struggling with this for a while now; I’ve selected the html5 player in the ‘Soundcloud is Gold’ settings, and it previews fine.
Also looks fine when I ‘visit site’ in my WordPress dashboard.
When I close the dashboard down, and open my site as a normal user however, the Soundcloud players on it no longer have the artwork, and have shrunk to half the depth, like a ‘standard’ player, only with some blank space beneath.

    My site is here: https://www.billyinthelowground.com/

You can see a Soundcloud player on the landing page which illustrates the problem.
Any ideas? (I’m not using Jetpack, by the way, as so many people seem to have problems with it.)

    Hope someone can help…

(Incidentally, I noticed when using the automatically embed shorcode function in SIG that the shortcodes for the tracks were put in without the first ‘ before the track code, which caused the track no not be found. Easy to resolve once I’d worked it out, but a possible bug?)

    Cheers !

    Cheers,

I don’t really know what’s causing this. Someone else had the same issue.
