html.php fatal errror output buffering display handlers website cannot be seen

  • I wanted to specially thank you because the website’s
    PageSpeed went to 100% YSlow 98%, both Grade A, after I installed W3 Total Cache.

    Today morning to my surprise instead of my website I am seeing this error message:

    Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

    The error_log file says:

    [11-Dec-2012 22:28:25 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Minify_HTML in /home/mydoctor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/Minify/Minify/HTML.php on line 19
    [11-Dec-2012 22:28:25 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

    I will appreciate if you tell what this is and how to correct the error.
