htmlspecialchars() issue

  • Can anyone help me with this message I am getting in each post (which I do not understand in any way)

    “Warning: htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charset `UTF-7′ not supported, assuming iso-8859-1 in /home/wallis1/public_html/blog/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 2751”

    It started when I updated to 3.6
