HTML/VISUAL Tab Disappeared

  • Hi there,

    Thank you for the great theme. We are currently using it for our none profit organization at prishanfoundation.org.

    We have noticed that the HTML/VISUAL Tab for editing posts and pages has disappeared and all we can do is type in code. We need the Visual tab back. How can we do this?

    Your help will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

  • Hi Agha,

    If you deactivate ALL plugins – does the error still occur?

    Feels like it’s just a jquery conflict caused by some plugin..

    Hi Konrad,
    I’d read on some forums about disabling all plugins and I already tried that but it didnt work. I even changed the theme to 2011 and 2012 theme and it still didnt solve the issue. Any other ideas?

    oh, that feels like something is wrong with the wordpress install.

    possible to start on a fresh install?

    * you can import / export posts and theme settings as well.. *

    now i’m quite sure it’s a wordpress installation thing, not a plugin or theme issue..

    As a plan B, check out your user profile.
    In the worst case scenario ‘Disable the visual editor when writing’ box is checked.
