http/2 push works only once?

    Hey, is it normal for push to show up in chrome tools initiator only once? Does this have something to do with caching?

    yes it has to be because of the caching, w3 total cache does not work with this plugin it as it does not cache header, and the header is the place where this plugin adds all the resources that need to be pushed in
